Take up to one sachet of Carbo Chews per hour of activity. One serving (6 Chews) provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a glucose:fructose ratio of 2:1 (● post-hydrolysis of carbohydrates) and is a source of Vitamin B1 *which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
